The Head coach of the Men's Handball team, George Zaravinas, contributes to the club's attempt to promote sport for all through the European project "My Olympic Experience".

Olympiacos continues the charitable campaign ‘’Don’t stop helping’’ which has been implemented for five years, supporting vulnerable social groups and collecting goods in the coming weekend (20-21/4) in order to offer them to charitable foundations at Easter. The collection of goods will take place in the Olympiacos emblematic first offices held at Marina Zea and at the ‘’M.Merkouri’’ sporting hall. Olympiacos encourages the fans to contribute to the club great effort and help vulnerable social groups. 

Olympiacos proved its social profile again organizing the event "Sports and People with Mental Retardation" at the ‘’Melina Merkouri’’ sporting hall. The event was held within the framework of the European project "Sports For Different Heroes" co-funded by the European Union, in which our club participates and leads focusing on the social integration of people with mental disabilities. The event organized in cooperation with the ‘’M. Kokkori’’ Institution, the Municipality of Piraeus, the O.P.A.N.

Olympiacos organizes the sport event "Sports and People with Mental Retardation" on Wednesday 10 April (17:00). The event is one of the actions included in the European project “Sports For Different Heroes’’ in which our club participates and leads. This action will take place at the Rentis sporting hall ‘’Melina Merkouri’’ and includes sport activities for people with mental disabilities hosted at the ‘’M. Kokkori’’ Institution with the participation of the club's Volleyball and Handball Academies.

Olympiacos organized an excellent conference on "Sports for All" (Saturday, 2 March) under the auspices of the European Commission, Doctors in the World, Unesco in the Southeast Attica, the Institution "M. Kokkori", C.J.T. Sport Management Company and Xinis Educational Group. This workshop took place in the framework of the European Erasmus+ projects ‘’Sports For Different Heroes’’ and ‘’My Olympic Experience’’, which aim at promoting sport for all, especially for disabled people.

Τhe opening of the “Sport for different Heroes” project was held with special interest in the ‘’Red 1925’’ Hall of Karaiskakis Stadium. Olympiacos staff welcomed the representatives of the other participants (Hask Mladost, Red Star, Lazio Parachuting, Apoel) and presented the project requirements. 

Olympiacos S.F.P. organizes the kick-off meetings of "My Olympic Experience" and "Sports For Different Heroes" in the next three days (1-3 March) in the framework of the Erasmus+ European programme. Representatives of  European clubs/members of the European Multisport Club Association (EMCA) will be hosted in Piraeus to get information about the actions of the two projects led by our club. 

Olympiacos presence was impressive at the annual meeting held in Brussels and in the meetings of the EMCA and the European Commission. The club delegation, headed by the General Secretary, Mrs. Christina Tsiligkiri, proved its leading role in European sport actions developing innovative and interesting collaborations. 

Olympiacos participated in the Sport infoday of European Commission held at the "Charlemagne" building. This meeting is organized annually to inform stakeholders about the Erasmus + initiatives and the related procedural details.

The General Assembly of EMCA took place in Brussels on Monday (4/2). Olympiacos delegation headed by Secretary General Christina Tsiligkiri was present at the annual meeting of the top European multisport clubs, showing its leading role in European sport actions.
