Olympiacos implemented an in-person training seminar within the framework of the European project HEALTHY
Olympiacos, within the framework of its participation in the European project HEALTHY – Multisport Clubs Promoting Physical Activity as a Tool for a Healthy Life, successfully organized and delivered the in-person part of a training seminar for coaches, volunteers, and club staff, aiming to enhance their knowledge on health promotion, physical activity, and proper nutrition.
During the training, participants had the opportunity to:
● exchange experiences and best practices
● receive training on managing mixed-age groups
● explore ways of organizing sports activities in public spaces
● deepen their understanding of balanced nutrition and healthy lifestyle principles
Special emphasis was placed on experiential learning and the practical application of knowledge, encouraging active participation among attendees.
This seminar is part of a broader series of educational activities under the HEALTHY project, which will continue with additional actions in the coming period.
Olympiacos remains committed to promoting health and well-being through sport, investing in initiatives with a strong social impact.
The project is co-funded by the European Union.
