Olympiacos won the European Super Cup!

The women’s water polo team added another glorious moment in the club history. The ‘’Reds’’ won 10-6 against Padova in the Super Cup Final held in Piraeus. It was the third consecutive European title for the team of Haris Pavlides as it won the Euroleague last year and Len Trophy two years ago. 

The Olympiacos fans created an impressive atmosphere and enhance the attempt of the team to win another European title. 

Key action: 

Olympiacos turned a 2-3 deficit after the opening quarter into a comfortable 9-3 lead with the game being played after three quarters. Although six more goals were exchanged in the final session the outcome of the contest was never in doubt. Greek veteran Alkisti Avramidou was top scorer netting 5 shots.
